 Hanley Office

Limited Drop-in Service:

Drop-ins will close when the last ticket is given out if earlier than the closure time given below.

We are closed on bank holidays.

  • Mondays: 9.30 am to 12.30 pm
  • Tuesdays: 1.00 pm to 4.00 pm
  • Wednesdays: 9.30 am to 12.30 pm
  • Fridays: 9.30 am to 12.30 pm

An adviser will assess your issue at reception and offer one or more of the following:

  • show you where to find the information you need on-line/ print information for you.
  • refer you into one of our specialist teams.
  • signpost you to another agency that can help.
  • make you a telephone appointment with a generalist adviser to explore your issue further (subject to availability).

Refugee and Asylum Drop-in Service

Tuesdays 9.30 am to 12.00 pm or until the last ticket is given out if earlier.
