Energy Best Deal Training for Front Line Staff

Energy Best Deal is a project run by Citizens Advice and funded by voluntary contributions from energy companies, who in 2017 contributed £1.4 million to fund it.

Research in 2016 revealed 3 in 10 people believe they will be unable to heat their homes to a comfortable level over the winter.

Learn how to compare gas and electricity costs, how to negotiate with providers and how to reduce energy use.

In many cases people can save hundreds of pounds on their gas and electricity bills.

People may also be able to cut costs by making their home more energy efficient.

Citizens Advice Staffordshire North and Stoke-on-Trent can run Energy Best Deal Group sessions for front line staff as part of their Potteries MoneyWise project.

We also run these group sessions for members of the public who live in Stoke and North Staffordshire. People attending group sessions who find they need further help can ask for one-on-one sessions under our Energy Best Deal Extra.
