We have offices at Biddulph, Cheadle, Kidsgrove, Hanley, Leek, and Newcastle.

We also run outreach sessions at various locations around North Staffordshire. Many of these are by appointment only or involve referrals from other agencies.

Your first contact will be to assess what help you need and to agree how best that can be provided. If we can give you the advice or information you need there and then we will do so. However, this may need to be followed up by an appointment with our generalist advice team, a referral to a specialist adviser within the Citizens Advice service or to another, more suitable source of help
